Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to return a product, please contact us first so that we can assist with the return, resolve any issues, and advise on the best way to make the return. For any concerns about your order, including requests for returns, please contact us at hello@modeviv.com.

You will have up to 14 days from receipt of the shipment to notify us. In order to process your request, we require a receipt, the order number, the item that is being returned, your name and email address, and the reason for return. 

Please note, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with labels and original packaging intact. Due to the nature of our products, and for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept items that have been opened, unless the product arrived damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. MODEVIV Organic Beauty will only pay the shipping costs if a product arrived damaged or if we sent you the wrong product.

 

REFUNDS

Within 14 days of receipt of the shipment, you may return the unused, unopened product for a refund. You will have to pay for the cost of sending the item back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your request for a refund. 
Refunds will be processed, and the item cost will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.         All opened and used items are considered a final sale and cannot be refunded. All sale items are considered a final sale and cannot be refunded.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear. If an item breaks in shipment, immediately take a picture of the product inside of the box. Send us the photo within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. Please provide the order number with your email address, shipping address, and phone number so we can ship out a replacement right away. 

       

      INCORRECT ITEMS

      In the rare scenario that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@modeviv.com within 48 hours of receiving the item, with the order number and a photo of the incorrect item, and we will resolve the issue. 

       

      EXCHANGES

      We are sorry, but at the moment, we do not offer exchanges. For more information, contact us at hello@modeviv.com.

       

      GIFTS

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

         

        SHIPPING

        To return your product, you should mail your product to: MODEVIV c/o Regnskov Company, 1300-1500 West Georgia St., Vancouver BC V6G 2Z6.

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 
        If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
