Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

FREE tracked shipping to Canada and the US on all orders.

We ship worldwide! Shop in your local currency and enjoy our low international shipping rates. Any duties or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and may be due at delivery.

Please be advised that due to the COVID-19 situation, postage rates will not appear for countries where deliveries have been suspended.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and select holidays. 

We do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can. We typically process and pack your order within 1 to 2 days of receipt. Shipping times vary according to final destination. Please see the chart below for shipping rates to US, Canada, UK and Europe. Shipping rates to the rest of the world will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order with us. When your order has been shipped you will receive a second email with your tracking number. If the status of your order has not been updated in more than 3 business days, please contact us at hello@modeviv.com, and we will help resolve the issue.
